Mwanamuziki Adele ajishindia Tuzo tano huku Beyonce akiondoka na Tuzo mbili katika Tuzo za Grammy msimu wa 59 zilizofanyika Los Angeles nchini Marekani siku ya jumapili.
Baadhi ya vipengele ambavyo Adele alishinda ni pamoja na Wimbo bora wa mwaka, Mtumbuizaji wa mwaka na Album bora ya mwaka Ambapo katika kipengele hicho alipokabidhiwa Tuzo hiyo alisema Tuzo hiyo anai'dedicate kwa queen bey, Beyonce na Album yake ya LEMONADE"
Ambapo Adele alisema anastahili Tuzo hiyo na siku zote alikuwa akimuangalia beyonce kwa kujifunza kwani anamkubali na alimuomba Beyonce awe mama yake katika muziki kwakuwa Beyonce anazaidi ya miaka 17 na ni bado Mwanamuziki bora Duniani. Na Beyonce alikuwa pembeni ya Jay Z wakimuangalia Adele jukwaani akiongea huku akibubujikwa na machozi.
Beyoncé, standing beside her husband Jay Z, looked on with tears in her eyes. “The way you make me and my friends feel, the way you make my black friends feel is empowering,” Adele added. “You make them stand up for themselves and I love you. I always have and I always will.”
Following this, Adele reportedly broke her gramophone in two and shared half of it with Beyoncé. Backstage, the British songstress continued to praise Queen Bey. “I thought it was her year,” she told reporters. “What the fuck does she have to do to win Album of the Year?”
Tonight, Adele took home five awards in all including Best Pop Solo Performance for “Hello” and Best Pop Vocal Album for 25. Meanwhile, Beyoncé only won two: Best Urban Contemporary Album for LEMONADE and Best Music Video for “Formation.”
