A Florida-based construction company has filed a lien against Birdman due to unpaid invoices.
The Jasmine Brand reports that Cash Money Records CEO Birdman has been hit with a $1 million lien due to unpaid invoices from a Florida-based construction company.
Birdman purchased the $14.5 million home, which was previously owned by Scott Storch, several years ago and then hired the Zankey Construction Company to make several renovations on the multi-million dollar home.
But according to Zankey Construction Company, despite completing the renovations on the home, Birdman has refused to pay two separate invoices, which total $1,041,750.32.
As a result, the company filed a lien in court earlier this month on November 4.
Birdman’s Miami home features nine bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a below ground and outdoor pool, a movie theater, gym, a private dock, and more, according to The Jasmine Brand.
